Secrets of Enoch (2 Enoch, Slavonic Enoch) 66:4

If ye look at the heavens there is the Lord, as the Lord made the heavens. If ye look at the earth then the Lord is there since the Lord made firm the earth and established every creature in it. If ye scrutinize the depths of the sea, and every thing under the earth there also is the Lord. For the Lord created all things.
