# 3 Enoch (Hebrew Enoch) 23:9

**Not Scripture.** Read [Why](https://apologetics.wiki/non-canonical/3-enoch#research-notice) and [the Issues With This Book](https://apologetics.wiki/non-canonical/3-enoch#issues-with-this-book).

There blow the “Wind of Wisdom” and the “Wind of Understanding” and the “Wind of Knowledge” and the “Wind of the Fear of H’” as it is written (Is. xi. 2): “And the wind of H’ shall rest upon him; the wind of wisdom and understanding, the wind of counsel and might, the wind of knowledge and of the fear of H’”.

Not received as Scripture by the Jewish canon or by the major Christian churches, apart from local exceptions such as the Ethiopian Orthodox canon, which includes 1 Enoch and Jubilees. This is not the Apocrypha.
