# Secrets of Enoch (2 Enoch, Slavonic Enoch) 66:6

**Not Scripture.** Read [Why](https://apologetics.wiki/non-canonical/2-enoch#research-notice) and [the Issues With This Book](https://apologetics.wiki/non-canonical/2-enoch#issues-with-this-book).

Walk, my children, in long suffering, in humility, in spite of calumny, and insult; in faith, and truth: in the promises, and sickness, in abuse, in wounds, in temptation, in nakedness, in deprivation, loving one another, till ye depart from this world of sickness. Then ye shall be heirs of eternity.

Not received as Scripture by the Jewish canon or by the major Christian churches, apart from local exceptions such as the Ethiopian Orthodox canon, which includes 1 Enoch and Jubilees. This is not the Apocrypha.
