# Secrets of Enoch (2 Enoch, Slavonic Enoch) 38

Not received as Scripture by the Jewish canon or by the major Christian churches, apart from local exceptions such as the Ethiopian Orthodox canon, which includes 1 Enoch and Jubilees. This is not the Apocrypha.

W. R. Morfill’s translation, edited by R. H. Charles (Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1896), numbers the verses in this chapter. The public scan interleaves Charles’s footnotes with the translation, and the character recognition does not keep a reliable verse order, so this page does not reconstruct those verses.
