# Secrets of Enoch (2 Enoch, Slavonic Enoch) 10:5

Who steal the souls of wretched men, oppressing’ the poor and spoiling them of their possessions, and themselves grow rich by the taking of other men’s possessions, injuring them. Who when they might feed the hungry, allow them to die of famine; who when they might clothe them, strip them naked.

Not received as Scripture by the Jewish canon or by the major Christian churches, apart from local exceptions such as the Ethiopian Orthodox canon, which includes 1 Enoch and Jubilees. This is not the Apocrypha.
